Awareness about open data portals relevant to Geoscientists.

Data analysis
Foundation of data analysis and tools that can be used to make our life easier; foundations of AI.

Knowing and understanding EPOS and its global partners

The EPOS Research Infrastructure and its sister infrastructures
Understanding the EPOS’ governance and Architecture. Introducing other global RIs for Geosciences.

Using the EPOS Platform and other tools for data discovery, visualisation and analysis

Using the EPOS Platform
Discovering data through the EPOS Platform or other sources. Visualising, combining and downloading data through the EPOS Platform. Using and creating Jupyter Notebooks for data analysis. Defining a workflow to manage own data in an open context.
Hands-on exercises with tutors, Q&A and feedback session.

Multidisciplinary research through the EPOS Platform
Group work: creating a real multidisciplinary case study.
Groups resent its own use case and feedbacks.
