The Early bird registration fee, available from 29 September 2025 until 20 December 2025 (23:59 Italian Time) is € 150,00 + VAT 22%
From 21 December, the Ordinary registration fee (€ 250,00 + VAT 22%) will be applied.

Specific provisions
ECR fees and participation
In order to widen the participation of Early Career Researchers (ECR) in the EPOS Days, through the EPOS ON Project we offer facilitations to the Thematic Core Services (TCS) who select more than one ECR. In particular, EPOS will offer a fee waiver and cover travel and accommodation expenses for the second and third ECR indicated by each TCS, according to these rules.
EPOS ON Project participants
EPOS ON project beneficiaries can claim the costs connected to attending the EPOS Days in the project (please check with your administration that budget is available on travels).
IMPORTANT: Registrations only will be considered as confirmed only after the payment!
