Starting at Piazza dei Cinquecento (in front of Roma Termini station), walk northwest along Via Giovanni Giolitti for a short distance until you reach Piazza della Repubblica.
From Piazza della Repubblica, head onto Via Nazionale, walk straight down Via Nazionale for about 250 meters. You will find the Hotel Quirinale on your left, at Via Nazionale 7, not far from the Teatro dell’Opera.
